We are not a fit if you have any of the following criteria:
- You have a high need for both certainty and significance
- You are not hungry to grow or achieve a stretch goal
- You are not coachable or a mis-matcher
- You are unwilling to make what you want to achieve a priority
- You cannot do at least three calls per month and stay consistent with that schedule
- You are not willing to take action on the items we agree upon in coaching
- You want to go cheap or cut corners on your way to success
I would be the ideal coach for you if you fit the following criteria:
- The top two needs you favor are some combination of the following three needs: Growth, Contribution, and or Love & Connection
- You are open minded and curious
- You like to be challenged
- You own a successful company or a CEO and looking for a new voice to stress test your thinking
- You have high integrity
- You are looking to serve the greater good
- You are open to honest feedback especially in areas that may be in your blind spots
- You are an implementor
- You want more magic in your life
